A little goes a long way
I used this for the first time last night. At first, I worried about the price vs. volume, but soon discovered that there was plenty. It's not expensive at all. The flavor was exactly what I wanted for my chicken curry, and it blended beautifully with the basil and coconut milk. Beautiful color, too. Highly recommend.
Spicy!!!
Hotter than anticipated, but so good!
My favorite Thai curry paste
This Thai curry paste is not too spicy and has a rich, deep flavor. Sautéing finely chopped ginger, garlic, ground pork, green beans, carrots, and paprika, then mixing them with this paste and a little soy sauce, makes a delicious rice bowl dish.
Ahhhhmazing!
PEOPLE! I'm a green curry lover and this stuff is the BOMB.com, so goooood!
Its good
Delicious and easy to use.
Very tasty sauce
Its a small jar, but packed with power. 2 tsps per meal is all you need. You get 4 servings per jar. I put some red onion, white carrot, mushrooms and red and green bell pepper in a pan with a couple teaspoons of coconut oil. When I could smell the veggies, I added a can of drained and rinsed chickpeas. After a couple minutes I added 2 teaspoons of the sauce. Let the paste get warm and added a can of simple coconut cream and let simmer while I made a serving of pad thai noodles. It had a nice mellow heat to it, but you could add a Thai chili or jalapeño if you want it undeniably hot. I enjoyed it, and have plenty left over.
Delicious!
Easy to use, spicy. Used 2 tsp in my batch of curry to feed 2 adults. A cup of broth, ½ cup coconut milk, choice of veggies (I used onions, broccoli, red pepper) and protein — tofu one time, chicken the next; both were great. Secret ingredient: drained fruit cocktail.
Yum
We found the red curry in CA. When we moved back to MA we didn't find anything that could compare — so we ordered the red and the green. The green might be our favorite: flavorful, spicy and vegan. Perfect.
Too spicy for me, other than that it's great
Tooooo hot even if only add a little bit.
