Green Curry Hummus
You’ll be serving up lots of this when family and friends visit this holiday season. Our curried Asian hummus recipe’s secret ingredient is a probably already a pantry staple of yours – Mekhala’s Organic Green Curry Paste.
(Serves 2-4 pax)
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil + extra to serve
Cold water or aquafaba
Salt to taste
  1. Blitz chickpeas, tahini, Mekhala Organic Green Curry Paste, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Slowly add cold water or aquafaba little by little, to improve consistency if necessary.
  3. Spoon hummus into a serving dish. Get artsy and drizzle olive oil over to serve.
  4. Enjoy with your choice of vegetable sticks, bread and/or biscuits.
