Curry paste
As described.
Add another taste level to your cooking
I used the yellow curry to add to a carrot and coconut soup I had made. It was delicious. The curry added just the right amount of heat to make the soup interesting and multi-leveled in taste.
Delicious yellow curry paste
I made a base sauce using raw cashews and added a couple of teaspoons of the yellow curry paste to it. It was beyond delicious. Served it over crisp battered tofu and vegetables (broccoli, peas, red bell pepper, mushrooms and carrots) with basmati brown rice. This will be my "go to" curry paste from now on. I also tried this sauce over a baked potato and it was wonderful.

Just had a chance to make some curry with this today. Yellow curry with potatoes and carrots and coconut milk. Really really good!
