Seafood Tom Yum Soup

Ingredients

(Serves 2)

8 large prawns, shell removed and deveined

1 squid, cleaned and cut into 2 inch pieces

8 shiitake (or button mushrooms)

1 jar Mekhala Tom Yum Paste

300ml chicken or vegetable stock

 

Method

  1. In pot, heat up stock, add Mekhala Tom Yum Paste and stir through.
  2. Bring soup to a boil, then add remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer for 5min or until everything is cooked. Garnish with coriander.
