Seafood Tom Yum Soup

Simple Tom Yum Goong Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

(Serves 2)

  • 8 large prawns, shell removed and deveined
  • 1 squid, cleaned and cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 8 shiitake (or button mushrooms)
  • 1 jar Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste
  • 300ml chicken or vegetable stock

Method:

  1. This Thai tom yum goong soup is pretty easy to make. In a pot, heat up stock, add Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste and stir through.
  2. Bring soup to a boil, then add remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer for 5 min or until everything is cooked. Garnish with coriander.
