Creamy Tom Yum Pasta Recipe


(Serves 1-2 pax)

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 cup (cooked) penne pasta
  • 2 heaped tsp Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Basil or oregano to garnish


  1. To prepare this Tom Yum Pasta, start by pan-frying onions and bell pepper. Add garlic.
  2. Add cooked pasta.
  3. Add 2 heaped teaspoons of Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste and 1/2 cup coconut milk.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes until flavors blend and texture is silky.

Voila! Your Creamy Tom Yum Pasta is ready to be served!
