Creamy Tom Yum Pasta

Tom Yum Penne Pasta

Want a quick and easy way to add some pizazz to a staple recipe? Here’s a Thai twist on an Italian favorite for any day of the week! Dairy free and vegan. A quick, tasty and healthy meal for the whole family.


(Serves 1-2 pax)
1 tsp oil
1/2 onion, sliced
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 cup (cooked) penne pasta
2 heaped tsp Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste
1/2 cup coconut milk
Basil or oregano to garnish


  1. Pan fry onions and bell pepper. Add garlic.
  2. Add cooked pasta.
  3. Add 2 heaped teaspoons Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste and 1/2 cup coconut milk.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes until flavors blend and texture is silky.
