Pasta Salad With Pumpkin Black Pepper Dressing

This easy, meat-free pasta salad gets a good hit of sweet, tangy and peppery from our Pumpkin Black Pepper Dressing. The recipe that we have here is a really good base for you to work with – improvise with whatever you have in your fridge and toss in those salad leaves lurking in the corner or the chicken that you have left over from last night’s dinner!

(Serves 4-6 people)
300g Uncooked spiral pasta (or any type of short pasta)
600g Cherry tomatoes, halved
3/4 Cup black olives, pitted & sliced
1 Medium onion, finely sliced
120g Feta cheese, crumbled
150ml Mekhala Pumpkin Black Pepper Dressing

1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions, then drain well.
2. Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl and serve.
