Perfect Sauce
Love the sauce. It was delicious on my chicken and the texture was just perfect. It was very easy to use and it was not overly spicy — Just Right!!

Rich, balanced flavor
Rich flavor. I've never tried this flavor combination before and it's absolutely delicious. I used it first with some firm tofu and turned the marinade into a sauce. Perfect!
A good ingredient in marinade
I use this when a recipe calls for lemongrass, and I think it works really well. Since I mostly use it as part of a marinade, the addition of the turmeric is just fine, in my opinion. It adds a good flavor to my cooking!
