Refreshing Korean Spicy Mushroom Lettuce Wraps Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 1/2 cup of your favorite rice
- 6-7 medium shiitake mushrooms
- Mekhala Organic Korean Chilli Paste
- 2-3 tsps soy sauce
- 5-7 lettuce leaves
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Method:
- Cook rice using your favorite method.
- Fry mushrooms in a non-stick pan on medium heat for about a minute.
- Add soy sauce into the pan and mix with the mushrooms. Cook for another 5 mins.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
How to eat:
- Take a lettuce leaf
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of rice into the lettuce leaf.
- Add a slice of mushroom and a small amount of Mekhala Organic Korean Chilli Paste (add more depending on your spice preference)
