Red Curry Meat-less Balls

Ingredients (Meat-less Balls):
Ground vegan meat or paste of cooked eggplant (skin on)
Red kidney beans
Panko or Breadcrumbs
Salt 

Ingredients (Sauce):
2 tsps Mekhala Organic Red Curry Paste
1 cup carrot puree
1 cup vegan milk
Salt to taste

Ingredients (Garnish):
Chopped basil or parsely
Orange zest

 

Method:

  1. Form the meat-less and sautee in a hot pan or cook in an airfryer.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients and mix well by hand or in a food processor.
  3. Garnish and serve!
