Our mala noodles recipe is comforting yet packing a real punch! This vegan friendly stir fry noodle dish will satisfy all your spicy needs!
Simple Stir Fry Noodles Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 3):
- 3 tsp of Mekhala Organic Szechuan Mala Chilli Paste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (olive oil or canola oil works just as well)
- 3 servings of your favorite Chinese noodles (we used sweet potato noodles)
- 70 oz cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
- 5-6 medium sized shiitake mushrooms
- 12 sugar snap peas
- Salt
How to Make Spicy Vegetable Stir Fry Noodles:
- Heat the oil at medium heat in wok for about 30 seconds.1.
- Add in vegetables and stir fry until cooked.
- Add in noodles and toss with vegetables.
- Add in Mekhala Organic Szechuan Mala Chilli Paste. Mix until all ingredients are coated with sauce. Add a bit of water if necessary.
- Salt to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
