Comforting yet packing a real punch! This vegan friendly stir fry noodle dish will satisfy all your spicy needs!
Ingredients (Serves 3):
3 tsp of Mekhala Organic Szechuan Mala Chilli Paste
1 tbsp vegetable oil (olive oil or canola oil works just as well)
3 servings of your favorite Chinese noodles (we used sweet potato noodles)
70 oz cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
5-6 medium sized shiitake mushrooms
12 sugar snap peas
1. Heat the oil at medium heat in wok for about 30 seconds.
2. Add in vegetables and stir fry until cooked.
3. Add in noodles and toss with vegetables.
4. Add in Mekhala Organic Szechuan Mala Chilli Paste. Mix until all ingredients are coated with sauce. Add a bit of water if necessary.
5. Salt to taste.
6. Serve and enjoy!
