Toddler-Friendly Tuna Sandwich with Avocado
Ingredients (Serves 1):
(Serves 1 Hungry Toddler)
- 1x180gm Tin Dolphin Friendly Tuna in Spring Water
- 1/2 cup Frozen Corn, Cooked and Cooled
- 1/4 Japanese Cucumber, Chopped As Fine as Needed!
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 Tblspn Mekhala Pumpkin Black Pepper Dressing
- 4 Slices of Multigrain Bread
Method:
- Drain tuna.
- Mash the avocado, then mix with all the other ingredients except the bread.
- Spread mixture over 2 slices of bread, then cover with the other 2 slices.
- Cut each breakfast tuna sandwich into 4 triangles and fit into the lunch box!
