Basil Garlic Portobello Mushroom Burger Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 4):
You only need six ingredients to make this portobello mushroom burger recipe:
- 4 Portobello mushrooms
- 1-2 Tbsp Mekhala Basil Garlic Paste
- 1 Avocado, seed removed, sliced
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 1 Small handful of rocket leaves
- 1 Medium tomato, sliced
Method:
- Marinate mushrooms in Mekhala Basil Garlic Paste for about 15 minutes
- Grill mushrooms on a stove-top griddle pan, under oven grill or on a regular barbecue/grill until tender (about 3-5 minutes on each side)
- Assemble and Serve your portobello mushroom burgers with ketchup and mustard..
