Flavorful Bacon Sandwich with Crispy Onions Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 1-2):
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2-4 rashers bacon
- ½ ripe avocado
- Tomato slices
- Salad leaves
- Cheese slices
- Mayo (optional)
- Mekhala Crispy Onion of choice (We’re using Umami Seaweed!)
Method:
- Fry bacon till crisp
- Spread avocado generously on sourdough bread
- Top with crispy bacon and a squirt of mayo
- Sprinkle crispy onions
- Layer on tomato, salad leaves and cheese, and top with another slice of bread
- Toast in sandwich press, cut and enjoy!
