Spicy Sichuan Chili Dumplings Without the Oil
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
- Frozen dumplings of choice
- Steamer
- Mekhala Sichuan Mala Chili Paste
- Black Vinegar
- Cilantro
- Mekhala Sichuan Hot Pepper Crispy Onions
Method:
