1 Branzino fish fillet, skin on
1 tsp Mekhala Organic Ginger Scallion Paste
1 tsp vegan mayonnaise
A splash of apple cider vinegar
Gluten-free soy sauce and salt to taste
- Pan fry or grill Branzino fish fillet until skin is crisp (5 to 7 minutes).
- In a small bowl, combine Mekhala Organic Ginger Scallion Paste, vegan mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar, adding soy sauce and/or salt to taste.
- Drizzle sauce over fish fillet and serve with blanched bok choy on a bed of brown rice.
