Ginger Scallion Branzino

We love how Mekhala’s Organic Ginger Scallion Paste pairs so beautifully with white fish. The clean, bright notes of the paste in this sauce recipe really elevates the Branzino fillet, a sustainable, mild-tasting fish. Is your mouth watering yet?

(Serves 1 pax)
1 Branzino fish fillet, skin on
1 tsp Mekhala Organic Ginger Scallion Paste
1 tsp vegan mayonnaise
A splash of apple cider vinegar
Gluten-free soy sauce and salt to taste


  1. Pan fry or grill Branzino fish fillet until skin is crisp (5 to 7 minutes).
  2. In a small bowl, combine Mekhala Organic Ginger Scallion Paste, vegan mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar, adding soy sauce and/or salt to taste.
  3. Drizzle sauce over fish fillet and serve with blanched bok choy on a bed of brown rice.
  4. Enjoy!
