Crispy Roasted Duck Tacos

(serves 4)
1/2 Roasted duck, sliced thinly
8 Hard taco shells
1 Cucumber, cut into thin strips
1 Small cabbage, shredded
Mekhala Plum Sauce

1. Cut the duck into thin slices.
2. Heat Taco shells in 190 C oven for about 5 minutes.
3. To assemble tacos, layer cabbage, cucumber and roasted duck in each taco shell. Top with Mekhala Plum Sauce and enjoy!
