Healthy and Tasty Ginger Scallion Branzino Filet recipe
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 Branzino fish fillet, skin on
- 1 tsp Mekhala Organic Ginger Scallion Paste
- 1 tsp vegan mayonnaise
- A splash of apple cider vinegar
- Gluten-free soy sauce and salt to taste
Method:
- Pan fry or grill Branzino fish fillet until skin is crisp (5 to 7 minutes).
- In a small bowl, combine Mekhala Organic Ginger Scallion Paste, vegan mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar, adding soy sauce and/or salt to taste.
- Drizzle sauce over Branzino filet and serve with blanched bok choy on a bed of brown rice.
- While the fish is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the bok choy for 2-3 minutes until it’s tender but still bright green.
- Once the fish is done and the sauce is ready, place the blanched bok choy on a bed of brown rice. Lay the crispy Branzino fish fillet on top, and drizzle generously with the ginger scallion sauce.
