An incredibly easy dish that is ready in 15 minutes, this is our go-to recipe for lazy days.
2 fillets of any firm white fish (about 200g-300g)
5 tbsp Mekhala Pineapple Sweet Sour Sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, diced
¼ cup water
- Add the Pineapple Sweet Sour Sauce, tomato ketchup, sliced onion, diced tomato and water to a frying pan (just large enough for the fillets to fit in) over medium heat and stir to mix the ingredients well.
- Add the fish fillets to the sauce, then cover with a lid. Bring the sauce to a boil then simmer the fish until cooked (about 10-15 min).
- Serve with Mekhala Organic Brown Rice.
