Roasted Sesame Garlic Kale Salad

We love kale as it is full of nutrients, has great macros and is super versatile. As we like to say – some kale a day keeps the doctor away!

 

Ingredients (Serves 1-2)

1 cup kale, chopped roughly

1/4 red onion, sliced finely

8-10 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 Japanese cucumber OR 1/2 garden cucumber, cut into bite sized pieces

1 Mekhala Organic Sesame Garlic Sauce Sachet

Salt to taste

Method

 

  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and toss.
  2. Salt to taste.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
