12 Prawns, peeled and cleaned
150g Asparagus, halved lengthwise and cut into 2-3cm pieces
150g Flowering garlic chives, cut into 2-3cm pieces
1 tsp rice bran oil
3 Tbsp Mekhala Miso Lime Dressing
- Add the oil to a wok over high heat. When the oil is hot, add the prawns, asparagus and garlic chives.
- When the prawns and vegetables are almost cooked, add the Mekhala Miso Lime Dressing and stir fry until cooked.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
