Gingerbread Pancakes


(Serves 6)

3 Cups wholemeal flour

1 Tbsp. baking powder

3/4 tsp baking soda

½ tsp Mekhala Himalayan Pink Salt (Fine)

2 tsp Mekhala Organic Dried Ginger (Ground)

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

3 large beaten eggs

1/3 cup molasses

3 cups buttermilk


1. For the batter, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.

2. Add eggs, molasses, and buttermilk and stir until just combined.

3. Cook pancakes on a hot griddle.
