My First Time Fixing Vindaloo
It came out great! It’s absolutely restaurant quality with just the right kick of spice. I made the broth with Vindaloo paste, coconut milk, and Better Than Bullion (not chicken flavor). I cooked with cauliflower and TVP… chef’s kiss, it came out divine.

This is my first time trying Vindaloo Curry. As I was researching what I had ordered, I discovered I had mistakenly ordered one of the spiciest curries out there. My spice tolerance isn’t very high, so it was with some trepidation that I put this together with 2/3 or so the recommended spice, adding two bell peppers and two cans of diced tomatoes in with the meat, and served it over rice.
I couldn’t have made a better mistake. The curry I had achieved had a slow, warm heat that takes a minute to build, and was packed with flavor. It tasted incredible. I went back for seconds.

Great Spicy kick!
I love the clean organic ingredients in the Mekhala products. They are so easy to use as well. I tried adding the Vindaloo Paste to my Ramen noodles and it was a super easy and a bit spicy (in a good way) meal! I can’t wait to try other recipes.
